This building was constructed in 1947 for Sellersville Electric Co., an appliance, TV, and radio dealer. The building was squeezed into the space between the house at 508 West Walnut and Eldridge’s Restaurant building at 510 ½ West Walnut Street. The first floor is a retail space with an apartment on the second floor.
During the early 1960’s the building was home to Grant’s Childrens Store. Other businesses later located here were Landis Decorating, Kathy’s Ceramics and Mt Perk Cycling.
Since 2017, the building has been home to Threddies, a clothing and hair accessory store.
