This building was constructed in 1895 as the office for Moyer’s Lumber and Coal. It was one of the most recognizable buildings in Perkasie and was featured on the cover of the Saturday Evening Post on July 7, 1945. Over the years many businesses were located in this building including restaurants, barber shop, harness maker, shoe store, Atlantic & Pacific grocery store. The upper floors of the building were used for manufacturing cigars. In 1905 the building was enlarged and later a fourth floor was added to accommodate the cigar manufactures.
The building was destroyed in the 1988 Great Perkasie Fire. At the time of the fire the building housed the offices of Shelly & Sons which acquired the business around 1945. In 1998, a new building was constructed on this site which became home to of REMAX 440, Daniel Soliday CPA, and Bucks County District Court. In December 2017, the Bucks County District Court consolidated and moved to New Britain, PA.
In 2021, the building was renamed to Market Crossings.
