Hendricks Dairy was Perkasie’s largest and last operating dairy.
The dairy building at Fifth and Oak Streets was constructed by Warren Hendricks in the mid- 1930’s. The business was started nearby at the house of Warren’s Father, Robert T. Hendricks. The Hendricks Dairy motto was “You can whip our cream, but you can’t beat our milk.”

Hendricks Dairy remained in business until 1970 when it was sold to Rosenberger’s Dairy of Telford. The property was later sold, and the building renovated into offices. Today, Tri- Valley Physician Group uses the building for their corporate offices.
