Beck's Dairy
now a
private residence
901 North Fifth Street
Circa 1920, Aden F. Beck came to Perkasie and purchased the Steven Farm and the Keeler milk route.
At one time, Beck’s Dairy deliveries were made by horse (named Tom) and wagon, and by sled in winter. A block building was constructed on the property next to the barn. This is where the milk was processed and bottled.
In November of 1936, Mr. Beck sold the milk business to Benner’s Dairy and purchased the Perkasie newspaper delivery route. The house is now a private residence, and the milk house is used as a garage.
