To replace various garages and sheds located throughout town, Perkasie Borough constructed a General Service Building in 1969. Located at Ninth and Spruce Streets, the building has offices, garages, a sign shop, and storage area. The north garage wing has 4 truck storage bays. The south garage is for maintenance work and hydraulic equipment.

In 1979, Perkasie Borough dedicated the combined borough hall and police station that was constructed in front of the Municipal Service Building along Ninth Street. The upper wing houses general borough offices, computer room, managers office and council meeting room. The police headquarters has a chief’s office, interrogation room, holding room cell, locker, and evidence rooms.
After the borough hall moved to the former Bucks County Bank building in 2002, the former borough hall building on Ninth Street was renovated solely for use by Perkasie Borough Police.
