The Atlantic Service Station building was constructed in 1937 at the corner of Third and Walnut Streets. Paul Kantner was the owner for a few years before selling the business to Dan Beardsley in 1951.

The building remained a service station until 1971 when Alan Doelp converted the building into Doelp’s Restaurant and Steakhouse. The steakhouse was in business only a few years when Alan Doelp left to work for DiRocco’s Seafood Market. |
The property was sold to Nino’s Pizza Restaurant owned by Nino Maltese in 1974. For the last 30 years, Bravo’s Pizza has been serving pizza, sandwiches, and Italian specials from this location.
